Eva Marvanová: Library 2.0 and its using in library services

The goal of every library is to offer the best users services. Library 2.0 can help us to achieve this goal by constant changes processes. It´s not only about acceptation of the Web 2.0 technologies but it means more. It´s about constant changes, revaluation of library services and listening user´s needs. United services by participating of everybody and the constant changes are the real heart of L2 and the technologies present only instruments, which can help us to manage it. L2 regards to all the types of libraries: public, academic, school and scientific.
