Aim: The Conference on the fostering and development of talent is the key event in the field of education, whose main purpose is to create a platform for professional discussion focusing on current issues of talent support with an emphasis on education and training. The realization of this event will allow spreading awareness of the need and potential for development of talent, profiling views and attitudes to the topic not only within academia, but also among wide professional public at European level.

The conference is designed for the representatives of EU institutions and bodies, the relevant national policy makers of the different Member States, stakeholders from the field of education and support of talents and talented individuals, the organizations focused on working with talents and other stakeholders in the area of the fostering and development of talent.

The participants of the conference will be able to participate to the lectures and panel discussions of renowned domestic and foreign experts, accompanied by an attractive program or optional excursion to the experiential Centre of Science Aurelium.
